KLIM Sledwear

KLIM Sledwear is known around the world for making some of the best snowmobile and motorcycle riding gear. As their brand continued to grow, they needed a building that reflected their bold, high-performance image—and gave them room to expand.

Steel Vision Construction worked with KLIM to design and build a new retail store and warehouse, connected to their original 2004 building. The new space was completed in 2015 and blends eye-catching design with practical features to support KLIM’s growing business.

The updated facility includes:
• A two-story office area with a clean, modern design
• Insulated metal wall panels for energy efficiency and a sleek look
• A custom stucco mountain landscape design on the exterior panels
• A sloped storefront with large glass windows for natural light and style

This building not only looks great, it works great, too. The insulated panels provide strong R-value, helping to keep the building comfortable year-round.

In recognition of its design and quality, this project was named the 2015 Behlen Building of the Year. KLIM’s new space shows how metal buildings can be both functional and unique, perfectly matching a brand’s identity while meeting business needs.
