TMC Transportation Maintenance Building

The 62,500 sq. ft. TMC Transportation Terminal sits on roughly 34 acres and provides a range of equipment services, including fuel lanes, a truck wash, and bays dedicated to preventative maintenance. These service bays support both tractors and trailers and offer express service for quick repairs, tire care, and more.

Designed with practicality in mind, the 17,500 sq. ft. TMC office, built on the same 34 acres as the service terminal, accommodates training sessions and administrative operations. It also includes a comfortable space where drivers can relax while their equipment is being serviced.
